Since your STL files never leave your device, we can't see or debug a specific conversion. If something didn't work, let us know which tool you used, your browser and operating system, and roughly how large the model was — that's the most useful detail for tracking down a bug. If you're writing about a privacy request instead, just mention that and see the Privacy Policy for details.
